Every other block in this city is zoned, numbered, and full of something useful — a formula, a fix, a guide. This one’s just a vacant cell reference, pointing at an address that got demolished, renamed, or never built. Somewhere a link broke, a page moved, or you typo’d a URL the way most of us fat-finger a cell reference at 4:58 PM on a Friday.
No amount of IFERROR() is going to fix it from here. Good news: unlike a real broken formula, this one’s easy to trace back to downtown.
